Donation Rewards
We now have the ability to give you rewards as a way to thank you for your donations. You can still play on DN as usual, but now if you are a supporter you will enjoy some extras. For every $1 you donate, you will receive 3 days of the following special privileges:
- Limit bypass - guarantees you access to DN even if the server user limit is maxed out
- Avatars of your choice - unlock all available avatars or upload your own custom avatar
- Sleeves/card-backs of your choice - unlock all available sleeves or upload your own custom sleeve
- Supporter badge - shown in your profile, visible to you and others
- Special color scheme - avatar frame in duel room with golden glow
Important Rules (MUST READ)
- Minimum donation amount is $1. No rewards available for lower amounts.
- A donation (confirmation number) can only be redeemed once and for one user account only. If you want to apply rewards to more than one account, please make separate donations (separate confirmation numbers) for each user account.
- You are responsible for keeping your confirmation number secure. Don.t share it with others (unless you intend to give it as a gift to somebody else) since they could redeem your awards with this number before you do and you will lose access to your awards.
- For custom images (avatars and sleeves), you agree to use tasteful, appropriate (G-rated) images. Uploading offensive or sexually charged images will result in a permanent ban of all your accounts and an immediate and irreversible loss of your donation rewards - no exceptions. In case of doubts about the appropriateness of a specific image, please consult a senior or head administrator (silver or gold admin) to get their approval and keep a record of their agreement to serve as your defense in case of problems.
- For custom sleeves, you agree to not use images of full card fronts that depict cards usable in the game. This is confusing to opponents, who may falsely recognize them as face-up cards.
- Your rewards apply only to the specific account you have redeemed them for. If you engage in misconduct on DN that results in the ban of your account, your rewards will be lost since they remain attached to the offending account. Rewards will not be transferable to other accounts.
How It Works
- When you proceed to donate (donate button below) you will be directed to PayPal where you can complete your donation. NOTE: Given the fees that are subtracted from each transaction, we are not able to accept donations of less than $1; please do not donate less since we don.t receive anything for smaller amounts and will not be able to give you rewards.
- Immediately after your donation is completed, PayPal will display a unique Confirmation Number which is your proof of donation. Write this number down before closing your browser window and keep this number to yourself since you will need it to redeem your donation rewards on DN.
- Log into DN and go to "My Profile". Click the "Redeem Donation" button. Paste your Confirmation Number in the box that appeared and click OK. The time period corresponding to your donation will appear along with access to all your rewards.
- Select the Avatar of your choice from all available avatars. Or browse your computer to select your own custom avatar - tasteful/appropriate images (see rules).
- Select the sleeve/card-back of your choice from all available options. Or browse your computer to select your own custom sleeve - tasteful/appropriate images (see rules).
- You can change your selections anytime, as long as there is time left for your donation reward. Once the time is expired, your choices will be automatically removed and return to the basic default selections.
- If you want to make a gift to a friend, you can make a donation and then give the confirmation number to your friend to redeem it on his/her user account.
